WHO CAN APPLY

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must:

  • Operate a physical retail store (with or without an online presence), or

  • Be an online-only business with an established audience or customer base

Please note:

  • Selling Veellura products on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited.

  • Personal use of wholesale purchases is not allowed.


APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS

All wholesale applications are carefully reviewed. Veellura reserves the right to:

  • Deny applications that are not in alignment with our brand identity or values

  • Cancel approved orders at any time if we determine a violation of our terms

We aim to ensure that all resellers reflect the quality, ethics, and standards of the Veellura brand.


PRICING

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers intending to resell products in-store or online.

  • Promotional or volume orders from general customers do not qualify for wholesale pricing.

For custom quotes or large-quantity discounts, please contact us directly.


ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS

Our wholesale pricing already includes significant savings. Additional discounts are not available unless:

  • A special promotional event is announced, or

  • A custom contract for a large-volume order is approved

Any order placed using unauthorized discount codes will be canceled.


INVOICING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Invoices are issued in USD and available upon request.

  • Full payment is required before shipment.

  • We currently do not offer net terms.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • All items are shipped directly from our warehouse.

  • Retailers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

  • Free shipping is available for all qualifying wholesale orders placed through our website.


FULFILLMENT TIME

Once payment is received:

  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days.

  • Any delays will be communicated to you in advance.


BULK & B2B SALES

Veellura supports bulk and B2B partnerships for wholesale distributors.
For custom arrangements or long-term supply agreements, please contact our wholesale team.

If you placed your order through a third-party partner (such as Joweba), please follow their specific return and support procedures.


DAMAGED ITEMS

We inspect every product before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Inspect your shipment upon arrival.

  2. Report any issues within 5 days of delivery.

  3. Email us with details and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
